Our Mission

We buy and fix up distressed properties and sell them while creating jobs and improving the neighborhood.
By next decade, our goal is to transact over $ 5 million in real estate within Memphis, TN and surrounding areas becoming recognized as the leader in real estate solutions for buyers and sellers, and create noteworthy, tangible and measurable improvements to the community.

Victoria Brown

Victoria Brown is a licensed real estate agent with the State of Tennessee, a REALTOR®, a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® where I serve on the Members services committee. I am also a member of Women Council of Realtor’s where I have served as the Inspirational and hospitality coordinator. I am the Program Director for 2021 Women’s Council of Realtor. Recently selected for Leadership MAAR Program. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors Brokers (NAREB) and a Multi million dollar club of NAREB-Memphis. I am an endorsed member of Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) I currently have my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) credential and working towards several other National credentials. I am also a full time Investor.

Latranae knight

I am Latranae Knight, an entrepreneur that is dedicated to real estate. I am a college graduate (b.s. Aerospace) that values business and real estate. I am a hard worker that is following the footsteps of my mother. We are educated, professional and hard working.

Jeremiah Knight

Jeremiah Knight is no stranger to entrepreneurship at a very young age. He is a real estate investor and serves as our marketing specialist/field inspector.
