Do you list houses on the MLS or do you actually purchase them?
We purchase houses directly from homeowners in accordance to our buying standards. Houses that we purchase may undergo repair if needed before we resell it to another homeowner/investor. Let’s say your home does not have many repairs and is already in great condition and you still want to list it and go through the traditional house selling process? One thing that differentiates us from many other investors is the fact that we are also licensed real estate agents. This allows for more flexibility to sell your home depending on your situation! When we chat, we’ll explore all options and what best fits your current situation.
How do we pay property owners?
All houses that we’ve purchased have been paid in cash. We also never require property owners to spend time, effort or expenses on the property. We purchase the property in the state that it is and do all the fixing up ourselves.
Do you pay homeowners a fair price for their properties?
We often purchase houses that are below their market value in order to resell them to another homeowner/investor at a profitable price. We offer a satisfactory payment method and it saves homeowners lots of time since we can close on a property as fast as 14 days in most cases.
